We only have access to/collect information that you voluntarily give us via sign-up forms, membership application forms, contact forms, other forms or other direct contact from you.

We will not sell or rent this information to anyone. We will not share this information with anyone outside the Vintage Fashion Guild™ or our website developers, except as necessary to fulfill your request, or if we are required to do so by law.

Only individuals who may need to perform a specific task, such as sending newsletters, handling membership renewal, or maintaining our directories, are granted access to personally identifiable information. This may include members of the VFG board, VFG technical teams, our web developers, VFG membership committee or a VFG member who volunteers or is appointed to complete a particular task. Information from membership applications is kept confidential and seen only by the Membership Committee and the VFG Board, unless and until your application is successful.
